We are proud to be working towards our Gold Standards Framework (GSF) accreditation which will ensure that all of our residents are able to "live well and die well in the place of their choosing".
What is the Gold Standards Framework?
It is a nationally recognised training programme which represents the highest standard of care for people nearing the end of life.
What does this mean for you or your loved one at Parkside?
We aim to provide compassionate, personalised and seamless end of life care right here in the comfort and familiarity of Parkside, without the need for hospital transfers.
We will work closely with healthcare professionals, families and the ministers / clergy of your choosing to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs ensuring the final stage of life is peaceful, dignified and as pain-free as possible.
We will ensure that we listen to and honour your choices. You and your loved ones will be fully involved in all care discussions and decisions. Please be assured that your wishes will be respected, clearly noted and followed at every stage.
